About the role

We are looking for a versatile, conscientious full-time Sprayer Operator to operate and maintain our Bateman RB35. The role will also include a range of arable operations utilising RTK precision farming equipment.

A competitive salary is offered to reflect ability and experience. A general interest in crop husbandry and a keen eye for detail is essential. Accommodation may be available if required and there are opportunities for further training and personal development.

About you

The successful applicant will:

🚜 have a full UK driving licence, forklift, PA1, PA2 and PA6 qualifications

🚜 be experienced operating a crop sprayer and have the ability to keep meticulous manual and electronic field application and stock records

🚜 have experience with GPS/RTK and precision farming techniques

🚜 be self-motivated and capable of working well within a team

🚜 have basic workshop skills
